When was the last time you refreshed your surveillance storage hardware?
Do you have an upgrade/refresh date? If so when?
What is your budget for the refresh?

As above. Replacement of CCTV and data storage is currently like for like under a maintenance contract

How many cameras do you manage today? Is that growing?
Currently manage 110 cameras on site. That is not growing and will likely reduce by approximately 20 cameras in the next few years.

How do you store and manage your video today? (Network Video Recorders? Enterprise Storage?) Has your company ever lost video, or experienced poor-quality playback of video files?
Storage facilitated by 7 x local rack mounted Intellex DVMS. Front-end Network client software provides video management. The organisation has never lost video or experienced poor quality playback.

How critical is video to your company? What is the impact of not being able to access video or record video?
CCTV retrieval is critical to the reduction of crime and the identification of those responsible. It is also utilised to safeguard the campus users and, as far as is practicable, ensure their safety whilst on the grounds.

When was the last time you refreshed your surveillance storage hardware?
Currently undergoing a full system review of the CCTV including suitability, needs analysis and alignment with the security strategy.

Do you have an upgrade/refresh date? If so when?
Ongoing

What is your budget for the refresh?
