Dear Transport for West Midlands,
Could we please request CCTV footage from one of your buses?
The incident happened on 1/11/2019 at around 19:00 on Gilson Way in Birmingham. Our believes the bus was either number 55 or 71 but it wasn't in service.
Our insured has advised another vehicle (AK06 HVL) has pulled out of Oakthorpe Drive in front of your bus and caused them to hit our insured (RE15 MBO) head on.
Our insured has spoken to yourselves and he has been told your camera does show the incident but you are only allowed to send to the police or ourselves.

Thank you for your email to Transport for West Midlands (TfWM) on 17
February 2020 regarding a request for CCTV footage.
Buses are operated by private companies within the West Midlands and they
would also be responsible for the CCTV footage recorded by their services.
To request the footage you will need to contact the operator directly.
I have checked the bus services that operate on Gilson Way and these are
the responsibility of National Express West Midlands (NXWM). You can find
their contact information using the link below:
Thank you for contacting TfWM.
