CCTV footagefor road traffic accident on junction Criclewood broadway A5 with A407 (NW2)

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Barnet Borough Council should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Barnet Borough Council,

Can I please have the cctv footage for cameras covering the junction between A407 (chichele road) and A5 (Cricklewood broadway) on 16.02.2023 between 15.00 and 15.15.
I was involved in a traffic incident at around 15.05 on 16.02.2023.I was coming from A407 Chichele rd intending to go across A5 Cricklewood broadway to go onto cricklewood lane. I was driving a silver Honda Jazz (RJ58XLN) and stopped at the red light sometime around 3pm. When green light came on I have moved forward and have been hit sideways by a dark blue Audi A4 (RA55FNG) coming from my left who was intending to turn right from A5 to A407.The other driver is claiming he had a green light as well. Please provide cctv footage to establish facts and pass on to the insurance company.
After contacting Brent council, they advised to contact you as you own the cameras on Criclewood broadway and may be able to assist.
Your help in this matter is highly appreciated as it will save time with investigating this incident and show who was at fault.
There are a lot of cameras covering that junction, just don't know which council ownes them.

Yours faithfully,
Tamaru Hutupasu
