Dear Birmingham City Council,

I was involved in a car accident where my car, blue Ford Fiesta hit the back right side of a red Citroen which had stopped just after it had changed lanes on Ladywood Middleway, just after the double set of lights (where the road splits two ways into Icknield port road and Ladywood Middleway) on 6th February 2019 at 1.13pm. Please can I request cctv footage regarding this incident for evidence purposes. Thank you

Yours faithfully,

Miss B Kaur
