I know this is happening in Staffordshire, the terrifying thing is that they are spying on mentally disabled people attending a therapy centre in Staffordshire, which they have been referred to by their GP, and befriending vulnerable people taking them out on trips then writing secret reports on them. It's totally disgusting and cruel what they're doing and they're going to drive vulnerable people to suicide.
