James Michael Whalley

Dear Southwark Borough Council,

On the 29th of October 2016 I was travelling through elephant and castle Onroute to my home address in Clapham park, unfortunately I was involved in a traffic accident and the 3rd party who hit me did not stop and proceeded to drive off, when I eventually managed to get the 3rd party to stop the two rather aggressive men in the vechile did claim liabality around the corner from the scene
Of the accident since speaking with my insurance company they are now trying to accuse me at fault, as the police were called and have informed me to contact you to provide me with the evidence so we can establish who is at fault.
The date the incident took place was the 29/10/16 at roughly around 10.02pm I was right out side the elephant and castle tube entrance proceeding towards Clapham Common my vechile was a silver VW Golf (LG53TYW) the 3rd parties vechile who hit me was a VW Tiquen of a dark colour either grey, black or a very dark blue there vechile registration number is (LC64JHF)
I was situated in the left lane proceeding towards Clapham park when the 3rd party decided to change lanes with no indication and did not check his mirrors and hit the front drivers side wing and front drivers side wheel.
Please could you provide me with the cctv footage so my issuers can establish who was at fault, many thanks.

Yours faithfully,
James Michael Whalley
