CCNI Reports from Co Derry
Dear Charity Commission for Northern Ireland,
I am writing to you to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. In order to assist you with this request, I am outlining my request as specifically as possible.
Please indicate how many reports the CCNI has received in the past five years, where members of the public are concerned about charities based in Co Derry.
Please also indicate the name of the charity and the nature of the concerns raised in the report.
Please indicate what investigative action was taken by the CCNI following these reports and the number of cases which resulted in enforcement action, or a referral to the police.
If it is not possible to provide the information requested due to the information exceeding the cost of compliance limits identified in Section 12, please provide advice and assistance, under your Section 16 obligations, as to how I can refine my request to be included in the scope of the Act.
In any case, if you can identify ways that my request could be refined please provide further advice and assistance to indicate this.
I would be grateful if you could confirm in writing that you have received this request. I look forward to your response within 20 working days, as stipulated by the Act.
