Dear Mr Lee

Please see the attached spreadsheets which show the total income recorded per site by month and the durations of stay purchased during January and February. Records of ticket purchases are collected via remote electronic links and those for March and April have not yet been provided by the firm which supplies the service.

Sales are recorded by each ticket machine against the actual date of purchase. However, income figures show cleared funds credited to the Council's bank account each month. As clearing times vary for each method of payment, and often with individual transfers of funds, transactions recorded by ticket machines in one month may not be credited as cleared funds until the next. Therefore the income totals recorded by the machines each month are not the same as the banked amount.

The firm SIX provide contactless payment services; to date these are available only at St Mary's Car Park.

Parking at the Leisure World site is free of charge to users of Leisure World and Tenpin, usage data is not held; income from other admissions for the period January to April 2016 was as follows:

January: 2,143.96
February: 3,193.23
March: 5,949.09
April: 5,357.80
Total: £16,644.08

I trust that this information will meet your needs. If however you have any further questions or concerns regarding this request please contact me again quoting the reference given above.

Yours sincerely
