Please could you provide me with the details of the amount spent on catering from 2008-2011. I would be grateful if this could include a breakdown of that spent on:

UCL Academic Functions
External Hire Functions (including the net cost/profit for UCL)
Private Drinks Functions (specifically those hosted by UCL's senior management team)

Could you also provide me with a breakdown of the expenses billed to UCL by the Senior Management team at UCL (including but not limited to the Provost of the College, Malcolm Grant), including what it was that the money has been spent on.
