Categories and specific websites blocked from Liverpool library computers
Dear Liverpool City Council,
Please provide the following information about internet filtering employed in Liverpool's public libraries.
1) Which software is used to carry out the filtering?
2) Which broad categories are filtered? eg "Gambling"
3) For specific websites that are filtered, what additional fields are stored alongside each filtered website? eg "date blocked", "comments", "justification"
4) Which specific websites are filtered eg "youtube.com"? For each, please provide all available additional fields relating to that website. If a field cannot be disclosed, please describe why this is the case.

We are dealing with your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000
and we aim to send a response by 3 November 2014 (which is 20 working days
beginning on the first working day after the date we received your
request).
In some case, a fee may be payable. If we decide a fee is payable, we will
send you a fee notice and we will require you to pay the fee before
proceeding with your request.
The Freedom of Information Act 2000 may restrict the release of some or
all of the information you have requested. We will carry out an assessment
and if any exemptions apply to some or all of the information then we
might not provide that information to you. We will inform you if this is
the case and advise you of your rights to request an internal review and
to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
We will also advise you if we cannot provide you with the information

In part 4. of my request I asked for specific websites that are filtered (blocked) in addition to those blocked by a broad category. Your response to this ("4. All websites are filtered and are blocked or partially blocked according to the broad categories listed in A2) above") does not provide this list.
In my request last year (https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/f...) you helpfully provided a list of 1187 specific websites that are blocked - for example "yourmoneyloans.co.uk".
Please provide that updated list, and any fields storing alongside those blocked URLs.
