Dear Bromley Borough Council,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I wish to request an internal review following your failure to reply to my FOI request within the 20 working days allowed by law.
Lambeth, Lewisham and Southwark councils have already replied to the same request and all within the 20 day limit.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/c...
Many Thanks

On July 1st I wrote to One Trust's press office.
I'm a freelance journalist writing and editing the News From Crystal Palace website newsfromcrystalpalace.wordpress.com
On May 30th I made an FOI request to Bromley council via the whatdotheyknow website:
Dear Bromley Borough Council,
Please could you supply a copy of the current Caseworkers guide issued to Bromley council’s FOI staff.
(I explained that:The request had not been answered within the required 20 working days so I requested an internal review.
I got a reply back which asked me to key in a number via a portal and promised a reply within 15 minutes - so I did. Twice. On neither occasion was a reply forthcoming.
Please could you ask your FOI team:
1: Just to respond to a request without having to go through the palaver of entering code numbers; and
2: A copy of any FOI caseworkers guide if it exists please?
Many Thanks

PS: Is there any reason why OneTrust and / or Bromley council don't want FOI answers appearing on a website? If so, please could you
explain?

I emailed the OneTrust press office again on July 6th:
In the wake of my email to you I've received the following: (via WhatDoTheyKnow)
