Subject: FOI - Casework 2023/24

Your request is being considered and you will receive a response within
the statutory timescale of 20 working days, subject to the application of
any exemptions. Where consideration is being given to exemptions the 20
working day timescale may be extended to a period considered reasonable
depending on the nature and circumstances of your request. In such cases

Your request has been considered under the provisions of the Freedom of
Information Act. Specifically, you have requested the following

“Please can you advise number of casework cases reported by each elected
Councillor from the 2023local election to the date of this request.

Croydon did not hold a local election in 2023. London boroughs including
Croydon have a different cycle of local elections with all-out elections
taking place every 4 years, with the last all-out elections taking place
in May 2022.

However, we have supplied the monthly figures grouped into months and then
quarters since 01/01/2023. This is attached, we hope this will suffice.
