I am making this request for information under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Reviewing previous responses to my requests for information, I note that in its response to RFI20111288 the BBC disclosed an excerpt of information called "Case Law relating to TV Licensing for TV Licensing Court Presenters".

Under the terms of the Act please provide the following information:

1. A full copy of information held by the BBC in relation to "Case Law relating to TV Licensing for TV Licensing Court Presenters" (e.g. I am seeking the full document that excerpt came from, including all appendices).

I look forward to a timely and concise response, in accordance with the Act.
