CAS3 Opportunity

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, HM Prison & Probation Service should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear HM Prison & Probation Service,

Dear HM Inspectorate of Probation for England and Wales,

I have multiple queries relating to the below:

1. Please can you advise on the correct bodies or personnel that I should contact in relation to this scheme to discuss further.

2. Please provide the amount of money that is awarded to providers per occupant for CAS3 support like the below listed and point me to where this information can be found online alongside other CAS tiers.

Good Morning.

We have a unique opportunity to potentially transform a centrally located property in West Norfolk into a flagship CAS3 facility. This initiative not only addresses a pressing need for accommodation-based support but also aligns with evidence-based principles of rehabilitation, recovery, and social reintegration.

Our aim is to deliver a high-quality, scalable solution that empowers individuals to transition out of offending behavior and into meaningful, productive lives.

The King's Lynn Premises
Overview: A property comprising 22 self-contained flats and a large commercial space spread over three floors.
Potential: A multifunctional hub combining safe, supportive housing with space for rehabilitative programs, community engagement, and service delivery.
Location: Strategically placed to connect residents with employment, education, and community support networks in West Norfolk.
Why This Project Matters
1. Addressing Local Needs
Growing demand for high-quality CAS3 facilities to support vulnerable individuals in their journey toward desistance.
Providing tailored support to reduce reoffending and promote safer communities in King’s Lynn.

Yours faithfully,

scott murray

Good afternoon Mr Murray,
Many thanks for getting in contact. Unfortunately we cannot send anything
outside of the Freedom of Information act to a 'what do they know' email
address. Do you have a personal email address which I can send the
requested information to?
Many thanks
