Yes, and the public consultation exercise has been developed and is being
implemented in compliance with this.
For further information The SoCI requires that we:
• use a range of consultation methods
• provide information online
• share updates via social media
• hold in person events
• offer virtual workshops
• engage with a range of consultees, including the hard to
reach groups.
If you are dissatisfied with the handling of your request, you have the
right to ask for an internal review. Internal review requests should be
submitted within two months of the date of receipt of the response to your
original letter and should be addressed to: Information Governance
