Section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act exempts disclosure of
information that is reasonably accessible by other means.

All of the information on the Trafford Data Lab site is open published
data, they do not hold or utilise any other datasets. All datasets which
are used have links/information to the data source.

 

As such anything on the site will be available for you to find, either by
using the applications on the site or following the links to the source.

You are able to access this information using the link provided below.

Section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act recognises the many ways
which Public Authorities strive to make information accessible to the
public. Therefore, any requests where the information is reasonably
accessible elsewhere, we are able to exempt this information under Section
21 and signpost the requester to where this information can be accessed.
