Dear Ms Behrooz
Thank you for your request for information regarding safeguarding in
care/nursing homes, which was received on 08 July 2016.
Unfortunately I am unable to proceed with your request at this time as it
is not clear what information you are seeking. However we will be happy to
consider a new request which provides the following clarification:
• Your original request asked for information held relating to cases in
2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and for 2016 between January and May. To reduce the
size of your request your email of 08 July 2016 specifies that you require
information held relating to cases in the “two most recent years”. Does
this mean;
- the two most recent full years (calendar years 2014 and 2015),
- the year 2015 and 2016 to date, or
- two years to date.
Please note that should you submit a new request a new reference number
will be allocated.
Many thanks
