The Council’s response to your specific questions is set out below:

2. Are you still using any of OLM's CareFirst products? Yes, Kirklees
Council’s Adults Social Care Department still use CareFirst products.

 

3. If no, have you replaced it with another product or products? Yes,
Kirklees Council’s Children’s Service have replaced CareFirst product,
with the product of another supplier.

 

4. Do you have any legacy data from your previous use of OLM's CareFirst
products? Kirklees Council’s Children’s Service do carry legacy data, from
the use of OLM’s CareFirst products.

 

5. If yes, please specify:

 

What this data is; Adults and Children’s social care data.

 

How it is stored; Unix/Oracle database system

 

The total estimated annual cost associated with this stored data There is
no additional cost to the Council, for the storage of legacy data.

 

6. Who is responsible for the management of this stored data? A job-title
will be sufficient Operational Manager - Applications and Digital Services
