3.    Have Carers assessments been completed for all of these people? If
not why not?

 

4.    How many Carers assessments have you carried out so far for this
year?

 

5.    Are any assessments outstanding?

 

6.    What is the average timeframe from initial contact to the completion
of a Carers assessment?

numbers could mean individuals are identifiable.

6.    This information is not held as Carers Assessments are completed as
and when necessary.
