Cared for in Westham Village
Dear East Sussex County Council,
Please could you provide me with the following information for Westham Village only.
How many people are on your register for care?
Can this be broken down into age ranges, i.e children, young adults, middle aged, elderly.
How many of these carees have a family member/friend who is their main carer?
Have Carers assessments been completed for all of these people?
If not why not?
How many Carers assessments have you carried out so far for this year?
Are any assessments outstanding?
What is the average timeframe from initial contact to the completion of a Carers assessment?
Many thanks.
Yours faithfully,
Laura Fraser
