Dear NHS Mid and South Essex Integrated Care Board,
I would like to know the following:
1. annual spend on Domiciliary care agencies and Nursing homes for the last financial year
2. The number of Domiciliary care and Nursing Agencies you work with?
3. Whether there is a PBS provider framework and intentions to operate a framework?
4. Please provide the names of all CQC registered residential, nursing and supported living providers currently commissioned by the ICB to meet the needs of adults with learning disabilities and epilepsy.
5. What are the usual process for a new provider to join the MSE care list.

I am writing to request clarification of your request under the Freedom of
Information Act 2000 to NHS Mid and South Essex Integrated Care Board on
14^th November 2023.
Please could you provide some clarification on the below before answers
are provide for this FOI.
1. Annual spend on Domiciliary care agencies and Nursing homes for the
last financial year 2.
Is this question asking for the last financial year or the last 2
financial years?
2.The number of Domiciliary care and Nursing Agencies you work with?
Can you please clarify is this Nursing Agencies (classed as Dom Care for
the ICB) or Nursing Homes?
Please be aware, under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, when
clarification is requested your request is put on hold and when we receive
a response the 20 working day time limit is restarted. If clarification is
not received within 1 month, your request will be considered cancelled.
Once clarification is received you will be provided with a new deadline.
