Dear C Waits,

Re: Freedom of Information (England) Act 2000 – Request for further clarification

Thank you for your email which was received by the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board which was received on 28th June 2022.

Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board has reviewed your request, however we require further information in order to identify and locate the requested information:

The ICB do not hold a separate data set for epilepsy. A response is able to be given for LD as a standalone category. Some of the patients may have epilepsy as a condition but this would be incidental. To search for epilepsy specifically would require a manual search which would fall under a Section 12 exemption (cost of compliance exceeds the appropriate limits).

Please can the applicant confirm if they would like to receive the response for LD as a standalone category.

Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board reasonably requires further information in order to identify and locate the information that you have asked for. We will not be able to take this matter further without the extra information from you.

If you wish to discuss any of the above, please contact me. Please remember to quote the reference number in any future communications.

We would be grateful if you would kindly provide the information requested. Please note that the time in respect of the 20 working days response will stop until we receive clarification from you.

Your request is subject to the terms of the Freedom of Information (England) Act 2000 (“FOIEA”). The Clinical Commissioning Group acknowledges receipt of your request and confirms that it will respond to you under the terms of FOIEA and within the timescales required by FOIEA.

Yours sincerely,

Amy
