Your request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 
 
Thank you for your request dated the 20th December 2022. We can confirm that the 
Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent Integrated Care Board does hold the information that 
you have requested.  Please see our responses in blue below: 
 
1.   Please  provide  the  names  of  all  CQC  registered  residential,  nursing  and 
supported living providers currently commissioned by the ICB to meet the 
needs of adults with learning disabilities and epilepsy? 
 
2.  For each provider, please specify the number of placements currently funded 
through NHS Continuing Healthcare? 
 
If it is not reasonably practical for you to provide this information for learning 
disabilities and epilepsy, please apply the wider category of learning disabilities 
in fulfilling this request. 
 
Please  find  attached  the  names  of  all  CQC  registered  residential,  nursing  and 
supported living providers currently commissioned by the ICB to meet  the needs of 
adults with learning disabilities and epilepsy. 
 
Included also for each provider is the number of placements currently funded through 
NHS Continuing Healthcare.
