I write further to your e-mail of 20 December 2022 regarding information
held by Suffolk and North East Essex Integrated Care Board.  Your request
has been dealt with in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act
2000.

In response to your request,

1) Please provide the names of all CQC registered residential, nursing and
supported living providers currently commissioned by the ICB to meet the
needs of adults with learning disabilities and epilepsy.

2) For each provider, please specify the number of placements currently
funded through NHS Continuing Healthcare.

In response to questions 1 and 2 above, please see attached spreadsheet
which details the current providers that we commission for LD placements
including placement numbers across SNEE. For clarity, we commission each
placement specific to the individual (as opposed to block contracting with
providers). Some of the packages are newly commissioned and some will be
where a patient has become NHS CHC eligible and the existing placement has
been taken over.
