Under section 1 (1) (a) and (b) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I can confirm that NHS Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, and Berkshire West (BOB) ICB does hold some of the information requested. Please find attached the response to your request.

Dear C Waits

Thank you for your email which we received on 10 January 2023, in which
you asked for an internal review into the way the department handled your
request for information under reference:

FOI 00177 BOB ICB - CHC

According to the FOI Act the authority must hold an internal review, with
a Senior Officer who was not party to the original request conducting the
internal review.  The internal reviewer will review the manner in which
the application was dealt with and what was provided.  In certain
circumstances the original request may require consideration depending on
the basis and timing of the review.

The outcome of our Internal Review will be sent to you as soon as
possible. If, however, you’re still in disagreement with the decision from
the internal review, then you have every right to complain to the
Information Commissioners Office as stated in our correspondence.

You should expect to receive a written response to your request no later
than 7 February 2023.
