Dear Jenny

Re: Freedom of Information Request ref: FOI_1160636

We have considered your request under the terms of the Freedom of
Information Act. Please find our response below.

What Care Planning / Care Management software is used within the Care
Homes directly funded by the Council?

There are no care planning/care management software used with external
providers directly funded by the Council.

There are no specialist care planning/management software packages used
in-house. The services at Russell Street (Cambridge), Alder Close (March)
and St Luke’s Close (Huntingdon) are managed using standard software
available on the Council’s computers issued to staff, i.e. Microsoft
packages.

What is the annual cost of this software?

Not applicable for external provision (see the response to question 1).

Any software costs are not specific to the in-house services providing
care planning/management and so we are not able to provide a figure for
this.
