Please provide details of the total number of elderly care home places within the Suffolk Coastal and Waveney Districts (following the recent merger) and the number of those places that were vacant (if any) as of 31st December 2018 in both districts

Please also provide for each district the percentage of the care home places that are funded by the local authority.
