Dear ‎Ms Stockton‏

Freedom of Information Act 2000

I am writing to ask you to clarify your request. This is because we need
further details from you in order to identify and locate the information.
Therefore I should be grateful if you would answer the following questions
provided to us via the team:
What do you mean by 'personal care'? Does this mean residential care homes
without nursing?
We would also need to know what you mean by 'independent'? Are these
businesses that only run a single care home, or are they ones that run a
small number of care homes?

I will not be able to take this matter further without this extra
information from you. Please let me know by 07/10/2019.

If I do not hear from you within the timeframe provided, I shall take it
that you do not wish to pursue this request and will consider the request
closed.

Yours sincerely

Dear Kent County Council,

In regards to your previous message, personal care in this instance does mean residential care without nursing and independent is a business that runs a small quantity of care homes.
