Please note, we are unable to provide the number of applicants offered an
interview each year as this information is not held by the Planning &
Strategy Office and to locate this information would likely exceed the
cost limits of Section 12, of the FOIA. This is because to locate this
information would require manual interrogation of applicant information,
held across different databases and file systems, to ascertain whether the
applicant was offered an interview, there are over one hundred applicants
for the years requested, if it took ten minutes to locate the information
requested for each applicant the cost limits would be exceeded.
