which you requested information regarding the University's purchasing
and/or credit card.

 

Your request will now be dealt with under the Freedom of Information Act
2000 and has been allocated reference FOI18-133 which should be quoted in
all correspondence. We will respond to your request within 20 working days
starting the next working day after receipt, therefore you can expect to
receive a response no later than 17/05/18.

 

Where we consider that we will not be able to meet this deadline or if
further time is required to consider the public interest test we will
contact you as soon as possible and give you a revised date for response.

 

In some circumstances a fee may be payable and, if that is the case, we
will let you know. A fees notice will be issued to you, and you will be

All expenses claims and payments made by senior members of the University
are in accordance with the University’s financial regulations which apply
to all staff regardless of role and which are reviewed and approved
annually by the University Council.

Senior members of the University often combine their University-level
duties with other responsibilities. These can include on-going research
and teaching, medical or other professional practice and work on behalf of
external academic, Government or professional bodies. The figures that are
quoted include all claims made in recompense for expenses incurred
personally while undertaking professional duties.  In some cases they can
therefore, include not only claims for individuals’ work as Head of
School, Pro Vice-Chancellor etc., but also claims for work in other
research, teaching or professional capacities, as well as claims made to
and reimbursed by external bodies.
