Cardiff - Christmas decorations

H Stokes made this Freedom of Information request to Cardiff Council

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

The request was successful.

Dear Cardiff Council,

I would like to know the budget set aside to be spent on Christmas decorations in the town centre. This includes the amount to be spent on Christmas lights, the light switch on event and festive decorations. I would like to know last year's expenditure and if any reductions in expenditure are to be made this year in light of the economic situation.

Yours faithfully,

H Stokes

Dear Mr Morgan,

Thank you for your reply to my request.

I'm afraid that I sent two FOI requests at once and left the subject from the previous request.

I would like to know the cost of Cardiff's Christmas decorations and organised festivities, including if possible the winter village, Christmas market, ice rink etc.

Yours sincerely,

H Stokes
