3. What IT projects over the last few years have had a focus or a main objective of reducing Carbon Footprint?

4. How many single function printers does The Trust have?

5. What brand are they?

6. How many MFDs / photocopiers does The Trust have what brand are they?

7. When did the print contracts start?

8. When did the print contracts end?

9. Is there any option to extend this contract?

10. Was this procured using a Gvt framework, if so which one?

11. What digitation projects have happened / are planned to reduce print?

12. Approximately how much does the Trust spend annually on Print?

13. Approximately how many pages does the Trust print annually?

14. Does The Trust use a print management solution to assist with controlling print volumes and costs? If so which one?

15. Who is responsible for IT at The Trust?

16. Who is responsible for print at The Trust?

17. Who is responsible for The Trusts Carbon Reduction initiatives?

18. Has The Trust ever been awarded / recognised for digital innovation?

19. How many IT Systems is the Trust accessing via 'The Cloud'?

20. How Many data centres is the Trust currently using?

21. What is the current Server Operating System used at the Trust?

22. Can staff members print from various devices using a 'Follow me' type solution?

23. How are print jobs currently released from the printer (Card, Pin etc)?

24. Currently how does the Trust report on printing?

25. Currently does the Trust cross charge internally for print?

26. Which department holds the Trust print budget?
