a. Have all senior management received carbon literacy training or
equivalent since 1st January 2019? Please state the type of training. NO. 
Colleagues are currently undertaking carbon literacy training with the
intent of providing training for senior management colleagues in the near
future.

b. Have all current councillors in the cabinet or committee chairs
received carbon literacy training or equivalent since being elected? 
Please state the type of training. NO.  All out elections are taking place
in May of 2023 and the induction process for all FDC Councillors will
include information on climate action.  A Carbon Reduction and Climate
Adaptation action plan was adopted at the FDC Full Council meeting held on
12 December 2022.
