car parking charges at QE2 hospital

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, King's Lynn and West Norfolk Borough Council should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear King's Lynn and West Norfolk Borough Council,

I am advised by Queen Elizabeth Hospital that you control parking notices at the hospital.

Please advise
1. How many fines were issued in the past three calendar years?
2. What was the nominal value of the fines and how much was actually collected?
3. Of the fines unpaid, how many people were taken to court and how much was collected and/ or written off?
4. Of all the money received, how much is retained by the council and how much is paid to the hospital?

Yours faithfully,

Brian Ferguson

King's Lynn and West Norfolk Borough Council
