Dear Newark and Sherwood District Council,

Under the freedom of information Act please provide me with the following:
1. How many short stay car parks you have in Newark Centre?
2. How many long stay (more than 3 hours) car parks in Newark Centre you have?
3. How many parking spaces (excluding disabled bays) each short stay car park has.
4. How many disabled bays each short stay car park has.
5 . How many parking spaces (excluding disabled bays) each long stay car park has.
6. How many disabled bays each long stay car park has.
7. How many people have complained to the council that they cannot access a designated disabled bay because they have been full (before a limit was imposed).
8. When was the. 3 hour limit even in long stay at parks imposed.

initial assessment of your request is that the information in question, if
it is held by the council, may fall within the scope of the Freedom of

Dear Newark and Sherwood District Council,

Thank you for your reply to my freedom of information request.

I would like to make a further FOI request. Please provide all evidence submitted in 2013 to the Task and Finish Group, which suggested that parking in designated disabled parking bays needed to be limited to ensure that those who required a bay had access to them.
