Car parking

The request was partially successful.

Dear Plymouth City Council,

In car parks of the 'pay and display' variety, what proportion of
fines in each of the last four years have been issued for 'failure
to display the ticket' correctly; what proportion for not
displaying a ticket at all; and what proportion for overstaying the
period parked for?

Yours faithfully,

Jack Keith-Smith
