Car Park usage in Crosby

Please provide the number of users of the car parks in Crosby during 2016 and 2017 namely:-

I am writing to ask you to clarify your request. This is because we need
further details from you in order to identify and locate the information.
I would be grateful if you could clarify the following:
You have asked for the number of users of the car parks during 2016 and
2017 specifically, the number of tickets paid for, the length of stay paid
for and the changes between the two years.
Prior to 6 June 2016 users of the car park were able to obtain a free
ticket if they wished for park for up to 30 minutes. So the first question
of clarification is do you require the number for tickets issued to those
who parked for upto 30 minutes even though the ticket was free and so the
length of stay was not paid for?.
In view of the above do you still wish to have the totals for 2016 and
2017 or would your prefer the totals to be split at the June changover
date. So, we would supply 6.6.15 to 5.6.16 and 6.6.16 to 5.6.17? I am
happy to supply either.
I look forward to receiving your clarification. I will not be able to take
this matter further without this extra information from you. Please let me
know by 07/03/2018.
If I do not hear from you within the timeframe provided, I shall take it
that you do not wish to pursue this request and will consider the request
closed.

Yes could you provide information on the number of tickets issued for 30 mins before the charges came in.
If the data could be split before the change over 6.6.15 to 5.6.16 and 6.6.16 to 5.6.17 that would be great.
