car accident dated 09th April 2019

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Hillingdon Borough Council should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Hillingdon Borough Council,

Re: Car accident on the 9th of April 2019 at 1545

I am kindly requesting for the CCTV team to check some video footage of an accident where I was involved, and suffered car damage and personal injury. The other deriver is refusing to take liability of the incident. The fact is that the other driver, a white female, in a blue car has reversed and collided into my car ( blue Citroen C3). I would be grateful if someone could help me look into this matter and provide me with the video footage of that incident. The following are details of the accidents:

where: in front of the Hillingdon Oakfarm PUBLIC library, SUTTON COURT RD, HILLINGDON
TIME: 15:45 ON 09.04.19
DAMAGE: C3 FRONT BUMPER AND CAUSED PERSONAL INJURY IN THE NECK
CCTV: There are many cameras on this road, and at least 2-3 of these cameras are facing into the direction of the accident.

Many thanks for your collaboration in this matter.
Yours faithfully,
Siven Thantony, DOB: 21.05.1973, Address: 8, Dickens Avenue, Uxbridge, Hillingdon, UB8 3 DH

Dear Siven Thantony

I am writing in response to your email below.

S45 of the Data Protection Act 2018 gives an individual a right of access
to their personal data. This is known as a subject access request.

In order to make a subject access request an individual needs to:

a)     make the request in writing (your email);

b)    provide proof of identification (copy of passport, driving licence,
recent utility bill)

We also request you confirm how you would like your requested information
to be sent to you and provide these details.

It is important to note that the right of subject access does not give an
individual the right to access the personal data of third parties and it
is also important to note that it does not give a parent an automatic
right of access to their children's records.

data in line with its obligations under data protection legislation. For
