In response I can confirm that Enfield Homes did not respond to the
consultation in question

 

There has been one instance when the Discretionary Directions have been
used by Enfield Homes

a.            please supply a copy of the response;

b.            Please give the name and job title of the officer who drew
up the response.

c.             Please give the name and title of the most senior officer
to approve the response.

d.            Please supply the name(s) of any Councillor(s) who approved
the response.

3.            Please set out on how many occasions between 1st January
2007 and today you have applied the Discretionary Directions on capping
service charges to any of your leaseholders.
