Dear Scottish Legal Complaints Commission,

Hi,

I attended Alloa Sheriff Court today (1.2.11) and I am not happy with todays proceedings, here is why.

1.This is the second time I have been up (the first time was in November) on an alleged seat belt offence.

2.I am representing myself and have asked the court in past letters to respect my wishes.

3. One of my wishes is not to be addressed in any way by my name in capital letters, I simply do not consent to this.

4. I was summoned to court and my name was in capital letters, I didnt want to upset anyone so I went to court.

5. Today, I asked to see the paper work and the the court clerk did not want to show me it, she eventually let me see it and my name again was in full capital letters.

6. If this is a minor issue then why are they ignoring my wishes?

7. I now have a trial date for 1.3.11.

8. If this is a trial then surely there must be a jury with my accusers being present?

This seem very severe for an alleged seat belt offence and a waste of tax payers money. I also hope the court will repsect the 1689 bill of rights (claim of rights) and the decleration of human rights. I know we are now in the European Union but these Laws have not been abolished and I want them to be in force, it is my wish and I dont consent to anything else.

Thanks.
