To support my research, I would like your help to understand headline details regarding the capital works undertaken or in hand by your trust within the past four years (ie. since 2020), specifically for schemes with a budget of £1 million or more. This includes projects that have received outline or full business case approval, are currently in construction, or have been completed.

To facilitate this request, I would appreciate it if, for each scheme, you could please provide the following details:

- Project Title
- New Build or Refurb
- Forecast Completion (Year)
- Budget (Indicative)
- Project Manager
- QS
- Architect
- Structural Engineer
- MEP Engineer
- Contractor (if appointed)

I do not require any personal details; only the company names involved in these projects are necessary. If there are sensitivities around disclosing budget information, then this information is not essential.
Equally I will accept the information that is easily retrievable, if elements are not readily available.
