Capita TV Licensing Court Presenters' Manual
Dear British Broadcasting Corporation,
I am making this request in accordance with section 1 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
Please provide me with the most recent version of the Capita TV Licensing Court Presenters' Manual.
As the BBC will be aware, I have previously requested similar information (RFI20151337 and RFI20171736). Given the passage of time, it is likely that more recent versions of the Manual will be available. Given its previous disclosures of information, I would not expect the BBC to have any difficulties in disclosing an updated version of the Manual.
In accordance with section 11 of the Act, I require your response to be delivered in electronic format to the return email address associated with this request.
I look forward to your timely and concise response, in accordance with the requirements of the Act.
Yours faithfully,
Peter Jones

Dear FOI Enquiries,
This is very unsatisfactory.
The Capita TV Licensing Court Presenters' Manual is a single document and therefore I struggle to see how extra time is needed to collate it.
I remind the BBC that if it requires extra time for redactions, that does not detract from the fact that a response or valid refusal notice should be delivered within 20 working days. The fact the BBC might want to make redactions, also has no bearing on whether the appropriate cost limits might be exceeded.
Yours sincerely,
Peter Jones
