Dear FOI Enquiries,

I am prevented from downloading the document at the link provided because I do not have and do not wish to install Adobe reader. All modern browsers are capable of opening PDF documents and I question the BBCs reason for forcing members of the public to use a proprietary product to gain access to information that should be in the public domain.

Kindly make the information available either by attaching the PDF to your reply or providing a link where the PDF may be downoaded without the Adobe tie-in.

Yours sincerely,

Karin Mabberley
