Capita One replacement
Dear Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council,
In early 2020 Capita made their Capita One Education sales team redundant. So far in 2020 there have been three procurements to replace the Capita One Education system – in Cornwall, Surrey and Oxfordshire. Capita did not bid to continue supplying any of these local authorities, indicating that the company is looking to leave the sector.
1. Does the council currently use Capita One for education management?
