Dear British Broadcasting Corporation,

Following reports of TV license collection malpractice in the media in Feb 17 (as reported here : http://www.bbc.com/news/uk-39100048 ), I am requesting a copy of any 'Exception Reports' or 'notice of action', on the issues reported, provided by Capita to you either voluntarily or as a result of you requesting such information.

The term 'Exception Report' comes from v5 of Schedule 4 (Governance), as part of the contract in place between you and Capita. Similarly, a 'notice of action' is as defined in v07 of the Terms and Conditions section of the contract in place between you and Capita. The contract referenced is as provided by you here : https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/b... .

Given the publicity surrounding the media reports and the subsequent high-profile statements by Tony Hall and publications by the BBC Media Centre, I am sure you are capable of understanding the scope of 'the issues reported'. If you are not able to do this, then please refer, in the first instance, to the following link as reference for what Tony Hall states as 'the standards of the BBC' :

http://www.bbc.co.uk/mediacentre/stateme...

If no such 'Exception Report' or 'notice of action' has been provided by Capita please provide the results of any investigation performed by you into whether Capita should have provided such information.

Yours faithfully,

R Good
