I am writing to request the names of the top 20 roads in the Canterbury district where parking/traffic violation fines were collected for traffic infringements (e.g parking in loading bays, parking on double yellow lines) from January 2015 to August 2015.
I would be grateful if you could also specify what the offences/penalty charge notices were.
