Cannes Expense Claims
Dear Haringey Borough Council,
Please provide a detailed breakdown of Councillor and Officer expense claims for the trip to Cannes for the 2017 MIPIM conference, including any third party funding contributions. Specifically we are seeking restaurant expenses, hotel expenses and payments made by third parties to support the costs of the delegation...And menus would be good, ok i am joking about the menus, we can find them from the bills.

Thank you for your request for information received on 10 April 2017, in
which you asked for the following information:
A detailed breakdown of Councillor and Officer expense claims for the trip
to Cannes for the 2017 MIPIM conference, including any third party funding
contributions, specifically seeking;
1) restaurant expenses
2) hotel expenses
3) payments made by third parties
4) menus
My response is as follows:
Details of the council’s attendance at MIPIM 2017 can be found on our
website at [1]https://tottenham.london/invest/events this includes a full
list of sponsors. Please see specific responses below:
1) Restaurant expenses was a total of £1026.82. Meals are generally
covered within events attended as part of the exhibition. However, in 2017
the total cost of meals was £1026.82 – this was part of a series of
networking events hosted by Haringey Council and included attendance by
other parties (total of 2 events, 15 people).
2) Hotel accommodation was a total of £5,800 based on 5 delegates with
a combination of 3 and 4 night minimum stays.
3) Total third party sponsorship raised was £16,300.
4) We do not have copies of any menus.
