I write in response to your chase up e-mail dated 07 September 2017 and I apologise for not coming back to you sooner but I was away from the office yesterday (07 September).

In our e-mail of 08 August we stated that we would aim to respond to your request by 06 September 2017 however this office has a substantial backlog of requests caused by staffing issues. We have re-contacted the department who may hold such information and are awaiting their response and I am therefore requesting an extension of 10 working days (from the date your request was due) to 20 September 2017 when we would hope to provide you with a response.

I note you seek access to the following information:

We have attached a document that provides all of the information we have been able to retrieve regarding Cannabis farms located/identified within the Cleveland Police Force area.
