The request was refused by Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs.

Dear Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs,

Are the Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs aware that top medical academics have confirmed that cannabis cures cancer? Despite our government holding the view that canbabis "Holds no medicinal values"?

Dear Mr Armatage,

Thank you for your e-mail of 21st March 2018, following your request on
30^th October 2017 in which you ask for information on evidence Cannabis
does not hold medicinal value.  Your request has been handled as a request
for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA).
Apologies for the delayed response to your request.

Our records show that you have already written to us in August 2017
requesting substantially similar information and we sent you a reply to
this request on 18th August 2017. The  ACMD do not hold new information
relating to your request. We therefore do not believe that a reasonable
interval has passed since you made your first request and we are therefore
not obliged to comply with your request, under section 14(2) of the FOIA.

If you are dissatisfied with this response you may request an independent
internal review of our handling of your request by submitting a complaint
within two months to the address below. If you ask for an internal review,
it would be helpful if you could say why you are dissatisfied with the
response.

Dear Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs's handling of my FOI request 'Cannabis cures cancer'.

Your response isnt good enough I'm afraid.
You continue to mislead the government with your false statistics on cannabis and are preventing people from curing/their illnesses which I find abhorrent.

You have advised the government that cannabis has "no medicinal values" However, Dr Geoffrey Guy, founder of GW Pharma, is on the record stating that "Sativex contains 420 molecules" confirming that it is, in fact, cannabis.
Sativex is made up from cannabis leaves and flowers, alcohol, oil and peppermint flavouring.

Could you please provide me with documentary evidence on which your claims are based that (cannabis has no medicinal values.)

If you cannot provide medical evidence that cannabis has no medicinal values then perhaps you would care to provide an explianation as to why you are misleading the government of the uk and its people?

I will persue this matter until you publish the truth.
