Thank you for your request for information received on 12 June 2024 which
we are dealing with under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act
2000.
Further clarification may be required to ensure your request is dealt with
appropriately and if this is the case we will contact you again. Under

2024.

Our health service is rolling out a new digital programme across Northern
Ireland called ‘encompass’ and it is the turn of Belfast Trust to go live
on 6 June 2024.
Normally, we aim to respond to FOI requests within 20 working days.
However, to do this our Public Liaison Team need to seek information from
our staff and those staff are currently adjusting to new ways of working
and moving from a paperless system to a new digital programme.
At this time of change we would like to thank you for your understanding
and patience and we will continue to respond to your request as soon as
possible.

I refer to your Freedom of Information (FOI) request received on 12 June

If you are dissatisfied with the way in which your Freedom of Information
