Cameron, Anne, King's College London

Dear Mr Taylor,

When we responded to your request under the Freedom of Information Act ( the “Act”) on the 17 February 2015 we clearly stated that you had 60 days from the date of that letter to request a review. Furthermore, this is in line with our Freedom of Information Policy, which we have previously provided a link to. Your request for review did not arrive until the 31st of July, well over that 60 day period.

The university is committed to the principles of the Act and we endeavour to be as helpful and as transparent as possible. For these reasons the university has decided that it will carry out the review even though it is outside our normal practices.

However, we do have to remind you that we can only review the request as handled at the date of release of the letter.

We also require you to clarify which parts of the request you are unhappy with. We released some information and pointed you to our portal where other information is accessible. Some of the information we exempted under section 41(1) and sec 43 (2). Can you let us know which parts of the request response you want reviewed or if you require us to review the entirety?

Your review will remain on hold until we receive the clarification.
